Information for Accepted Students
If you have been accepted to the workshop, please send the following by May 31, 2008:
- The workshop tuition ($950 USD)
- The Parental Consent and Medical Information Form is available to download here as a PDF.
Both the form and the tuition can be mailed to the following address:
